Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director of Corporate Functions & Digital Communications to lead communications strategy for corporate functions and the executive leadership team. The role partners with senior leaders to deliver integrated plans across internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities include executive positioning, thought leadership, and management of corporate digital channels, with a focus on aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities and building leadership

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and leading communications strategies for senior executives, corporate functions, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor, shaping communications approaches and translating priorities into plans.
• Strong executive presence and judgement for high-visibility issues and competing priorities.
• Exceptional written, verbal and digital communications skills, including executive content and multi-channel strategies.
• Experience leading communications across internal, external, and digital channels with integrated messaging.
