Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in communications or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global internal and external communications strategy and execution across BMS’s oncology portfolio.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the oncology communications team and partners.
• Develop and implement milestone communications for data, regulatory, and medical meetings.
• Align messaging across development and commercialization, with cross-functional collaboration.
