Job summary

Phenom, an applied AI company, seeks a Director of Manufacturing Talent Programs to lead strategic, executive-facing engagements with health systems and payers. You will diagnose talent constraints, build financial models, and design Phenom solutions that unlock growth, guiding initiatives from first contact to signed contracts.

The role is based in the greater Philadelphia area with on-site expectations and a focus on high-impact, enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Fortune 1000 HR consulting or leading talent acquisition/management.
• Proven ability to engage CHROs, CPOs, or CFOs and access senior leadership.
• Experience selling client-facing talent technology or RPO programs.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts’ finances, growth plans, and reimbursement pressures.
• Develop a documented hypothesis about the client’s talent constraint.
• Lead executive conversations with CHROs, CPOs, and CFOs to align on diagnosis and next steps.
• Map the client’s hiring workflow to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Build a financial model to quantify the impact of the talent constraint and business case.
