Phenom is seeking an experienced Director-level professional to lead enterprise talent engagements with CHROs, CPOs, and CFOs. You will diagnose talent constraints, build a strong business case, and drive new customer acquisitions through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

7+ years in Fortune 1000 HR consulting or talent acquisition leadership.
Experience selling recruitment process outsourcing or talent technology to enterprise clients.
Proven track record engaging CHROs, CPOs, or CFOs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated capability.

Responsibilities

Research target accounts and build a documented hypothesis on talent constraints.
Open executive conversations with data-driven insights.
Lead meetings to test hypotheses and reach a shared diagnosis.
Develop financial models to quantify cost of constraints.
Align stakeholders to move engagements through approval.
Translate outcomes into an executive-level business case.
