Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Director, Agentic Talent Programs to lead strategic, revenue-accountable engagements with major retailers, hospitality, and logistics clients. You will diagnose talent constraints, construct financial models, and move opportunities from first contact to signed contracts, partnering with CHROs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Fortune 1000 HR consulting or HR leadership.
• Experience selling recruitment process outsourcing or client-facing talent technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive conversations with CHROs, CPOs, and CFOs.
• Develop hypotheses and business cases for talent constraints in target accounts.
• Map target accounts and run diagnostic meetings with clients to reach a shared diagnosis.
• Close engagements through signed contracts and ongoing executive sponsorship.
