Job summary

Phenom seeks a Domain Senior Manager to act as an industry SME for Talent Management across multiple verticals. You will work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to tailor best practices, drive platform adoption, and optimize business outcomes. Travel up to 30% and collaboration with global teams are expected.

You will lead with deep domain expertise in performance management, career development, and succession, guiding implementations and value realization for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and/or HR operations within one industry vertical
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge/experience with performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and/or LMS platforms
  • Experience with the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience platform is an asset
  • Customer obsession mindset with an ability to earn trust and provide sound strategies that exceed customer expectations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with Agile framework

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs across performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Support product delivery to these requirements, advise customers on industry best practices, and support fine-tuning and optimization based on deployments
  • Work closely with product managers to help create patterns and templates for recurring opportunities and propose solutions
  • Deliver business impact, key insights, and value optimizations for customers by utilizing deep industry knowledge that relates to the client's talent development and retention objectives
  • Review and provide key metrics for tools/products (e.g., engagement scores, internal mobility rates, succession bench strength), and support client education on new product capabilities
  • Lead TM Bootcamps with customers to discover, document, and optimize Talent Management business processes through current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") Business Process Maps (BPMs).
  • Apply deep Talent Management domain expertise to establish business context, identify customer challenges, and define the business problems and outcomes being addressed.
  • Translate bootcamp findings into a compelling Value Realization Summary and business case that quantifies expected business impact.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to create a strategy that best supports the industry vertical
  • Provide guidance and Talent Management insights to Product and Engineering teams to support further product development

The Domain Senior Manager will act as an industry SME to support customers globally by diving deep into the client's Talent Management strategy, tools, and processes — focused on a specific industry vertical. Working alongside the Product Management team, they will help drive best practices, platform adoption, strategy optimizations, and provide critical feedback to both the client and Product teams for further roadmap developments.

Work Experience

Benefits

What You’ll Earn


  • The anticipated compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $140,000


Note: Compensation parameters are subject to future adjustments in alignment with organizational guidelines


Travel & Location

Ability to support global needs with travel up to 30%


Local candidates residing within 50 miles of headquarters are expected to work from the office full-time 5 days per week.
