Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Director, Industrial & Life Sciences Talent Programs for its enterprise team. You will diagnose talent constraints blocking growth, design Phenom solutions, and run engagements from first contact to signed contracts with CHROs, CPOs, and CFOs.

The role is client-facing and revenue-accountable, focusing on industrial manufacturers, pharma, biotech, and medical device makers, with on-site work near Horsham, PA if within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Proficient in turning business context into actionable hypotheses.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to diagnose talent constraints.
• Able to engage CHRO/CPO/CFO at executive level and articulate financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts with focus on capacity, site expansions, and milestones.
• Develop a hypothesis on talent constraints blocking growth.
• Initiate executive conversations with researched insights.
• Lead meetings to test hypotheses and achieve a joint diagnosis.
• Map current hiring processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Build a financial model quantifying cost of constraints.
• Align stakeholders to move engagements through approvals.
• Utilize AI/LLM tools to accelerate research and sharpen analysis.
