Kensington Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead operations, ensure care standards and guide staff toward excellent resident outcomes at our Maryland facility.

The role requires a Maryland LNHA license, strong management and budgeting skills, and a track record in long-term care administration within a fast-growing, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Must meet Maryland State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in Maryland.
• At least two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall operation and financial success of the center.
• Ensure high quality resident care and care standards.
• Provide team leadership, supervision, and staff development.
