Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and caring environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and licensing requirements for skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Liaise with residents' families and the broader community to promote the facility's mission and services.
