Job summary

Annandale Healthcare Center in Annandale, VA, part of the CommuniCare family, is recruiting an Executive Director (LNHA). This full-time role leads all staff to ensure high-quality resident care and operational excellence at the center.

The Executive Director is responsible for overall operation and financial success, partnering with leadership, ensuring care standards, and guiding the team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Virginia.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to meet care standards and resident care quality.
• Serve as team member, leader, and supervisor to ensure work is completed with quality care.
• Oversee overall operation and financial success of the center.
