Job summary

Kensington Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead operations, ensure care standards and guide staff toward excellent resident outcomes at our Maryland facility.

The role requires a Maryland LNHA license, strong management and budgeting skills, and a track record in long-term care administration within a fast-growing, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet Maryland State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in Maryland.
• At least two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.

Kensington Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility. The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Must meet all Maryland State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.

• Strong math/budgetary skills.
