Job summary

Mount Vernon Healthcare Center, a Mount Vernon facility in Alexandria, VA, seeks an Executive Director / LNHA to lead operations and ensure top-quality resident care in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

The role requires LNHA licensure in Virginia, strong leadership and budgetary skills, and a proven track record of managing complex post-acute care operations with a compassionate, team-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must meet Virginia State requirements for LNHA.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in Virginia.
• At least two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with an AIT internship.
• Strong management and operations skills.
• Strong math and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure care standards and high resident care quality.
• Oversee overall operation and financial performance of the center.
• Act as team leader and supervisor, coordinating staff and departments.
