Job summary

Parkview Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking an Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Cincinnati facility. You will oversee operations, ensure care standards, and drive financial performance.

Qualified candidates must hold Ohio LNHA, meet state requirements, and show strong management, budgeting, and communication skills with at least two years of progressive leadership, including an AIT internship.

Qualifications

• Must meet Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure care standards and highest quality resident care.
• Function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure work is accomplished and quality care is delivered.
• Oversee the overall operation and financial success of the center.
