Clifton Care Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is recruiting an Executive Director to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will drive strategy, financial performance, and team leadership in a dynamic post-acute setting in Cincinnati, OH.

The role requires an LNHA license in Ohio, proven leadership, and strong budgeting skills to manage complex operations while maintaining excellent resident outcomes.

Formación

• Must meet Ohio State requirements for LNHA.
• Two years of progressively increasing management responsibility, with an internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
