Job summary

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking an Executive Director of IT Operations & Reliability to provide strategic and operational leadership for a broad portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities that support state agencies. You will guide service delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement while aligning priorities with MNIT's goals.

The role leads teams across the Enterprise Service Desk, Platform Engineering, Observability, AI strategy, disaster recovery and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in IT leadership with strategy and operations responsibility.
• Five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience leading large enterprise IT operations and budgets.
• Ability to translate business priorities into operational plans and outcomes.
• Strong communication with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
