Responsibilities

• Be responsible for leading the organization’s enterprise infrastructure, platform, reliability, and IT operations functions, including Service Desk, Systems/Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, End-User Computing, Cloud and Platform Engineering, DevOps Platform Services, and Reliability Engineering.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure enterprise technology services are reliable, scalable, secure, cost-effective, resilient, and aligned with business and engineering priorities.
