Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience, preferably in an executive role.
• Proven expertise in high-scale infrastructure (cloud-based or hybrid).
• Strategic visionary with strong technical, analytical, operational focus.
• Experience implementing AI initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in systems administration, network management, cyber security and cloud servers.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct and evaluate the organization’s technology status and performance.
• Present reports on technology status, goals and progress.
• Provide strategic leadership for all IT operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee design, deployment and maintenance of customer-facing infrastructure with high availability.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategies balancing regulatory compliance with evolving threats.
• Drive AI adoption to improve efficiency, customer experience and decision-making.
• Manage IT budgets, staffing and resource planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support and executive teams to enable innovation.
