Regeneron seeks an Executive Director to lead the Commercial Insights and Analytics (I&A), Immunology team from Sleepy Hollow, NY. This senior role reports to the VP of CSI&A and partners with the Immunology CBU leadership to drive insights that inform major business decisions across leading brands.

The role requires 20+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics with MBA/ MPH preferred, and on-site work four days a week with occasional travel.

Qualifications

20+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience
Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering or related field
Experience leading I&A groups with analytics, insights, market access analytics, and competitive intelligence
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in pharma/biotech commercialization
Strong ability to influence, communicate and negotiate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the CSI&A Immunology team delivering analytics, insights and competitive intelligence
Set strategic I&A direction aligned with CBU priorities
Serve as a member of Immunology CBU Leadership Team and CSI&A leadership
Translate analyses into actionable insights for senior Regeneron teams
Develop talent and leadership within the I&A organization
Collaborate with senior leaders to evolve data, analytics and insights roadmap
