Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Commercial Insights and Analytics Ophthalmology team. The role reports to the VP of CSI&A and leads the Ophthalmology CBU’s analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence efforts to inform strategic decisions.

Located in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ with a hybrid model (4 days on-site). Requires 20+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles and a strong track record in data-driven decision making and leadership.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience with increasing accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, public health, statistics, engineering, or related field (MBA, MPH, MS preferred)
• Functional expertise in business analytics, customer insights, analog forecast development, market access, and competitive intelligence
• Experience managing I&A groups with analytics, customer insights, market access analytics, and competitive intelligence
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment related to pharmaceutical commercialization
• Proven ability to influence, communicate and negotiate with all levels of management
• Experience with data visualization and data storytelling
• Ophthalmology disease category experience is strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the CSI&A Ophthalmology team delivering analytics, insights and competitive intelligence
• Set strategic I&A direction aligned with CBU priorities and launch excellence
• Serve as a member of Ophthalmology CBU Leadership Team and CSI&A leadership team
• Collaborate with senior leadership to inform brand strategies and long-term data/insights roadmap
• Develop talent and assess novel methodologies to derive meaningful insights for brand differentiation and growth
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure timely, rigorous delivery
