Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support access for immunology, pulmonology and gastroenterology products in the Boston area. You will work with field teams to secure payer coverage and optimize patient access, navigating complex prior authorizations and utilization management criteria.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the pharma/biologics space, including 2+ years in reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in the pharmaceuticals or sub-cutaneous biologics space.
• Minimum 2 years of reimbursement experience in a matrix environment.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks.
• Biologic expertise and ability to navigate payer landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Support HCP offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, and payer teams.
• Develop strategic/tactical plans for Alliance products access and reimbursement.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and streamline specialty pharmacy processes.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer criteria for assigned products.
