Job summary

You will manage payer insights for US, EU and Japan, and drive pricing and access plans across a growing pipeline, ensuring robust value propositions and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in pharma/biotech/consulting healthcare reimbursement.
• Significant US and global market access experience.
• Experience with specialty products across therapy areas (I&I, CV, obesity, rare diseases).
• Strong knowledge of payer dynamics in key systems (US, FR, DE, UK).
• Proven ability to lead a matrix team and build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate payer insight into commercial planning and clinical development.
• Analyze trends in the global market access environment and competitors.
• Create and lead market access and pricing plans for pipeline assets (US, EU, Japan).
• Ensure development plans deliver a compelling payer value proposition for reimbursement.
• Advise on early HTA engagement with clear recommendations and gaps to address.
• Identify clinical and economic evidence needs and address gaps.
• Lead development of market access tools (global value proposition, objection handlers, readiness plans).
• Plan for early and expanded access programs with development and patient advocacy teams.
• Provide input on internal needs (forecasting, business development).
