Qualifications

• RN license valid and in good standing with 1+ year supervisory/administrative experience in home health.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support immediate and long-range company objectives.
• Oversee patient eligibility for home care services and plan services while supervising total home health care.
