IL Home Health Care, part of LHC Group, seeks an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role leads projects, manages patient eligibility, drives profitability, and motivates staff, while collaborating with management across the organization to deliver high-quality care.

The salary range for this role is $90,384 to $135,576 annually, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home health care.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Required CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes projects to support immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees patient eligibility for home care services and plans services for patients.
• Implements administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals and policies to ensure compliance.
• Enhances agency profitability and motivates/retains qualified staff while ensuring quality of services.
