Job summary

IL Home Health Care, part of LHC Group, is seeking an Executive Director to serve as Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating projects. This role leads service planning, staff motivation, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will drive profitability, maintain agency philosophy and goals, and liaison across management to achieve objectives while delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the relevant state.
• 1+ year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects to support short- and long-range company objectives.
• Oversee patient eligibility, plan services, and supervise total home health care.
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, policies, and compliance with regulations.
• Enhance agency profitability and motivate/retain qualified staff while ensuring service quality.
