Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.
• 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plans services for patients' total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances agency profitability and motivates/retains qualified staff while assuring quality of services.
