Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long-range objectives
• Oversees patient eligibility, plans services, and supervises total home health care
• Implements administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring state/federal compliance
• Enhances profitability and motivates/retains qualified staff while assuring quality of services
