UnitedHealth Group, via Caretenders Hospice, part of the Optum family, seeks an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring compliant, high‑quality care for patients at home.

You will lead projects, manage staffing and profitability, supervise a licensed nursing team, and coordinate with management across the organization while upholding the agency’s philosophy, goals, and policies.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health provider.
• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain administrative practices.
• Motivate and retain qualified staff and assure quality of services delivered.
