Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Executive Director to act as the Administrator of a home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations, patient eligibility, service planning, and staff leadership. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related field.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for services to be provided and supervising total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhances the profitability of the agency and provides motivation and retention of a qualified staff while assuring service quality.
