Job summary

Silver Lake Psychology in San Diego, CA, seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the practice. The role partners with ARC Health to drive growth, enhance patient care, and strengthen community relationships.

The ED will lead clinical quality initiatives, oversee service lines, and champion a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring sustainable business performance and strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional or equivalent clinical credential.
• 5+ years healthcare management experience leading multi-provider practices.
• Proven success overseeing operations, financial performance, and clinical quality.
• Proven experience implementing SOPs and performance-monitoring systems.
• Mentoring teams and cultivating practice culture.
• Strong community engagement and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with data-driven budgeting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to advance the practice's mission, vision, and strategic plan.
• Oversee service lines, clinical quality, and patient care standards.
• Lead business development strategies and partnerships with health systems and community orgs.
• Manage budgeting, pricing, productivity targets, and revenue cycles in partnership with ARC Health.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
