Scion Nonprofit Staffing is seeking a Director of Clinical Affairs in Los Angeles to lead a 25‑member clinical team across multiple sites. You will champion accountability, collaboration, and growth while ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Active California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD required.
Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings.
At least 4 years of leadership experience managing clinical teams.
Demonstrated success building supervision structures and QA systems.
Experience mentoring associate clinicians through supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and performance management to clinical staff across sites.
Develop systems for onboarding, mentorship, supervision, and professional development.
Establish clinical quality assurance processes including audits and action plans.
Monitor compliance with documentation standards and CHAMP requirements.
Design training on trauma-informed care, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and ethics.
