Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or finance preferred; experience acceptable in lieu of BA.
• A minimum of 2 years in administrative/management settings with performance improvement focus.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment, mental health, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for programs and staff.
• Supervise direct reports and ensure performance aligns with policies and quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory, accrediting, and licensing compliance across operations.
• Engage with community providers and stakeholders to advance the program.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and inter-department communication.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and risk management efforts.
