ARC Health in San Diego seeks an Executive Director to lead the practice as its senior clinical and strategic executive. You will drive growth, culture, and operational excellence in partnership with ARC Health leadership.

You will oversee financial stewardship, service-line strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and business teams to ensure high-quality patient care and sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional or clinician or equivalent clinical credential.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience leading multi-provider practices.
• Proven track record overseeing operations, financial performance, and clinical quality.
• Experience mentoring teams, supervising leaders, and shaping organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to advance the practice's mission, vision, and strategy.
• Oversee budget targets, revenue, expenses, and KPI-driven improvements.
• Lead strategic partnerships, business development, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMIA, OSHA, and payer/regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
