Job summary

Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community, overseeing financial management, regulatory compliance and marketing to sustain occupancy and financial performance.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with residents and families, and build partnerships with community groups to support census growth, while ensuring operations align with Cascade Living's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Valid ALF/RCF State Administrator License.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human services, or administration preferred.
• 5+ years of administration and supervision in assisted living or memory care.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community.
• Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members.
• Lead the Sales and Marketing team to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain oversight of financial monitoring tools and review reports.
• Lead approval process for all contracts for services in the community.
• Comply with local/state/federal regulations and stay updated.
• Maintain relations with regulatory agencies.
• Participate in industry organizations to stay informed about issues and trends.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
