Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to oversee operations at a Continuing Care Retirement Community. You will guide resident and staff satisfaction, ensure financial viability, and coordinate with administrators and department managers to implement strategic plans.

The role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple relationships with corporate leaders, residents, and the community. A relevant degree and LNHA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Five years experience in an administrative or upper level management position required.
• Three years experience as a CCRC executive director preferred.
• LNHA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall resident and staff satisfaction and financial viability of operations.
• Lead and coordinate campus operations through administrators and department managers.
• Communicate effectively with corporate leadership, CL central office staff, SMEs, MAC, residents and staff.
• Build relationships with residents, staff, families and local community.
• Model campus leadership and represent Covenant Living to community partners.
