Job summary

Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper seeks an Executive Director to lead the community, directing marketing, business and financial functions. You will develop and implement a business plan to achieve occupancy targets and financial goals while ensuring staff alignment with Cascade Living Group's mission, vision and values.

The role requires licensure, strong communication, stakeholder relations, and the ability to grow census.

Qualifications

• ALF/RCF State Administrator License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human services, or administration preferred.
• 5+ years of administration and supervision in an assisted living or memory care community preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations.
• Ownership attitude and ability to stay focused despite interruptions.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table.
• Ability to build relationships with community groups to grow census.
• Strong customer service skills with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development.
• Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for financial management and regulatory compliance of the community.
• Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members.
• Lead Sales and Marketing team to exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain oversight of financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel.
• Lead contract approvals for services in the community.
• Comply with local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of changes.
• Maintain relations with local/state regulatory agencies.
• Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of issues/trends.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.

As the Executive Director at Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper you're the leader of the community and it's your responsibility to manage all marketing, business, and financial functions. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing a business plan that is designed to achieve financial goals and maintain occupancy targets and ensures that all staff members are aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values.

What Cascade Living and Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper look for in the Executive Director:

• Valid ALF/RCF State Administrator License

• Prefer 5+ years of administration and supervision of an assisted living or memory care community

What you can expect to do as the Executive Director for Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper:

• Lead the Sales and Marketing team and make sure together you exceed occupancy and revenue targets

• Maintain oversight of all financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel

• Lead approval process for all contracts for any services in the community

• Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of relevant changes and updates

• Maintain good relations with local/state regulatory agencies

• Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of local/state/federal issues/trends

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$80,000 - $90,000/annually + annual discretionary bonus based on performance
