Job summary

Heritage Springs is seeking an Executive Director to lead operations, marketing, and finances for a Nevada assisted living and memory care community. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive occupancy and revenue, and build a high-performing team.

You will oversee contracts, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and promote Cascade Living’s mission and values. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid ALF/RCF State Administrator License.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human services, or administration in a related field preferred.
• Prefer 5+ years of administration and supervision of an assisted living or memory care community.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the community.
• Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere.
• Lead the Sales and Marketing team and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain oversight of all financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel.
• Lead approval process for all contracts for services in the community.
• Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of changes.
• Maintain good relations with local/state regulatory agencies.
• Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of issues and trends.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
