Job summary

JPMorganChase in Atlanta seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will develop localized market strategies and collaborate with bankers, service teams and product leadership to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions.

The role requires deep treasury product knowledge, strong communication skills and a track record of sales success in cash management and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Services products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Historically met or exceeded sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders and represent client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events and industry platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of relationships.
