Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Success developing new business with prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client and internal relationships.
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of client relationships.
