The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a senior F&B & Culinary leader to oversee Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets.

This role drives strategic initiatives, brand alignment, and financial performance across the property’s food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include developing property-wide strategies, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a high-impact F&B leadership team to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in food & beverage, culinary, event management, or related area.
• 2-year degree plus 4 years relevant experience in F&B, culinary, events, or related area.
• Experience leading a property-level F&B operation and implementing brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the property’s F&B/culinary operation including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet brand service goals and financial targets.
• Review financials and drive revenue growth while maintaining guest and employee satisfaction.
