Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Dallas seeks an Executive Kitchen Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.

You will supervise all kitchen areas, ensure sanitation and high standards, and develop team members across banquets, room service, restaurants, and bars. Responsibilities include guiding staff, managing cost controls, and maintaining Gold Standards while delivering exceptional service in a luxury

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen management team and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
• Develop staff and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Oversee all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and employee cafeteria.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and financial performance across all kitchen functions.
