Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is seeking a Director of Outlets to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the hotel’s dining outlets, room service, and lounge. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, manage budgets, and ensure service standards reflect the Ritz-Carlton brand while collaborating with Culinary, Front Office and Sales teams to elevate the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and F&B operations.
• Five years of experience in a related role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurants, Room Service and Lounge operations to meet financial goals.
• Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals, manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Front Office, Sales and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive guest satisfaction and oversee quality and presentation standards across outlets.
