The role oversees Sales Enablement, Market Development, Base Management, Program Operations, Sales Support, and lifecycle management, driving efficiency, customer retention, and margin optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, operations, or related leadership roles.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the strategic and operational roadmap for Comcast Government Services.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary organization overseeing Sales Enablement, Market Development, Base Management, Program Operations, Sales Support, and lifecycle management.
• Drive governance, performance management, forecasting, planning, and execution oversight across the Federal business.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and governance processes to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee customer portfolio management, renewal readiness, and account governance to maximize retention and growth.
• Partner with Federal Sales leadership to improve opportunity readiness, sales effectiveness, and customer experience across the lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives on scalability, process standardization, and margin optimization, including on-net migration programs.
