Comcast is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and execution of program management processes aligned with strategic company objectives. The role involves guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and communicating with senior management to drive organizational improvements.

Responsibilities include staffing, strategic planning, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The candidate will stay current with industry best practices and may work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing program management processes to streamline project delivery and organizational effectiveness
• Overseeing the creation and management of program budgets, ensuring fiscal alignment with project goals
• Crafting cross-functional plans, setting objectives, and devising strategies that support the company's broader goals
• Interpreting organizational goals into functional strategies, leading to actionable and measurable program plans
• Providing leadership to the program management team, fostering a culture of continuous professional development
• Holding accountability for staffing, including talent acquisition, retention, and performance management
• Acting as a point of contact for senior management, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication
• Implementing corrective actions across the organization to enhance program performance and outcomes
• Collaborating with other teams to drive business process improvements and program optimization
• Staying current with industry trends in project management methodologies and best practices to ensure strategic advantage
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
