Comcast is seeking a strategic operations professional to define and deploy 'Best-in-Class' solutions for business operations. You will standardize processes for efficiency gains, establish success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable improvement plans.

You will prepare the organization for change, collaborate with HR on change management and training, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing and ordering.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and build business cases.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define future state 'Best-in-Class' solutions and ensure deployment across operations (Sales, Marketing and ordering).
• Reduce process variation to maximize efficiency and standardize practices.
• Create clear success metrics for new systems and track performance against them.
• Lead methodical, collaborative projects: measure, define problems, analyze gaps, standardize, and iterate.
• Develop scalable plans to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams to secure alignment and solution excellence.
• Foster empowerment, inclusion, and objective decision-making while delivering business benefits.
• Coordinate with HR on change management, communication, and training needs.
• Deliver commitments within the organization and manage interdependencies.
• Exercise independent judgment and maintain consistent attendance; may require nights/weekends.
