VSP Vision seeks a leader to run and evolve the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience teams. This role will place the integrated risk framework into operation across the enterprise, aligning taxonomy, scoring, and resilience models with all functions and governance processes.

You will own career development, advocate for the function, and build depth so the program endures beyond any one person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Risk Management, Finance, Business, etc. or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience teams.
• Set direction and standards of work across the framework.
• Provide independent oversight and governance for risk activities.
• Advise leadership and coordinate the Aligned Assurance Model.
• Present to governance committees and the Board.
