Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in risk management with senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise risk management initiatives within large, multi-location organizations.
• Extensive expertise in commercial insurance, property & casualty, claims management, subrogation, and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk transfer, indemnification, and financial recovery strategies.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance Liberty’s Enterprise Risk Management framework across operations.
• Direct commercial insurance programs, coverage strategies, renewals, negotiations, and risk financing.
• Oversee complex claims, litigation support, subrogation, indemnification, and recovery strategies.
• Strengthen safety programs, loss prevention, and risk mitigation with operations teams.
• Develop catastrophe preparedness and business continuity plans for a geographically diverse portfolio.
• Provide data-driven insights to support capital investments and strategic decisions.
