Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Managing Director to join our Contract Logistics team. In this strategic leadership role, you will shape and expand our contract logistics footprint across North America by securing multi-million-dollar outsourcing engagements with Fortune 1000 enterprises.
You'll leverage an executive network and deep supply chain expertise to open doors, influence operating models, and position Iron Mountain as a premier partner in warehousing and fulfillment.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise contract logistics sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution network design, WMS platforms, and labor management models.
- Proven ability to establish executive-level relationships across Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Experience navigating long-cycle enterprise engagements ($5M–$100M+ annual contract value).
Responsibilities
- Drive executive business development for multi-million-dollar opportunities with C-suite and procurement executives.
- Lead end-to-end pursuits from initial engagement to contract execution.
- Architect tailored warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate across pricing, legal, finance, real estate, and implementation to structure profitable commercial agreements.
