Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Account Executive, Digital Solutions to join our North America Digital Sales team. This remote role will guide lower-enterprise clients through their digital transformation journeys by designing tailored software solutions and unlocking value in their data.

You will lead end-to-end deal management, conduct in-depth discovery, and partner with RIM/ALM teams to maximize account penetration. Expect up to 25% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling or enterprise tech sales.
• Experience with digital transformation and workflow analysis.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Enterprise mindset focused on hunting new business and results.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth within a portfolio of accounts.
• Conduct discovery and whiteboard sessions to map customer workflows.
• Own end-to-end deal management from qualification to closing.
• Collaborate with RIM and ALM sellers to maximize penetration.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site client meetings and strategy sessions.
