Job summary

The University of Miami's Division of Enrollment Management seeks an Executive Director, Enrollment Operations Systems & Technology. This remote, full-time role reports to the Vice President and drives enterprise system implementations, analytics, and data governance to enhance recruitment, yield, and retention across undergraduate and graduate admissions.

The leader will guide Slate CRM, SIS, and online platforms, provide strategic consultation, and supervise a team while engaging campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enrollment operations or similar roles.
• Strategic planning and cross-divisional collaboration experience.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for enrollment operations and technology.
• Oversee Slate CRM, SIS, and online applications across undergraduate and graduate admissions.
