JRG Partners, LLC is confidentially retained to identify a Service Director for a Michigan electrical contractor. You will lead a seasoned service operation, drive profitability, and expand commercial and industrial service opportunities while shaping strategy with top executives.

The role requires 7–10+ years in electrical contracting and 3–5+ years in service department leadership, with a Journeyman or Master Electrician background preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of commercial and industrial electrical contracting experience.
• 3-5+ years managing an electrical service department or similar service operations.
• Proven ability to manage service personnel, accounts, finances, and customer relationships.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and job costing capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented leadership with people development focus.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop an established electrical service operation including managers, electricians, and support staff.
• Own departmental financial performance, budgets, labor productivity and profit margins.
• Develop new commercial/industrial service opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop service professionals while promoting accountability and safety.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive long-term service division growth.
